About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at Allstate- Hernandez Insurance Agency as a Bilingual Insurance Customer Service & Sales Representative! This exciting role offers the opportunity to assist customers in both English and Spanish, providing exceptional service while helping them navigate their insurance needs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service and support to clients in both English and Spanish.
- Assist customers with policy inquiries, changes, and claims processing.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills.
Requirements:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the insurance industry, but not a must.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
- Valid insurance license or willingness to obtain one within 90 days of hire.
