The APP will perform pre-procedure History and Physical Examinations, consultations and provide post procedure follow up visits in the practice setting. The APP will manage the patients post procedure in the inpatient setting as well as co-management of patients in the ICU; they will perform follow up visits and new patient evaluations in the outpatient clinic. The APP provides continuity of patient care by facilitating and coordinating communication between the health care team, the patient, and the patient's family. This is a non-procedural position.
