Shift: Variable / 8's/10's, 40 hrs per week

Length: 13 weeks

Weekend Rotation: no weekends unless on call

On-call Requirements: On call for neuro with 30 min call back time and IR body 45 min call back timeOn call: One weekend(F-Su) and one weekend day as 3rd manCall recap:taking up to 9 call days a month, with one weekend in a 4-week schedule (fri-sun) and third man varies but included in the 9 days total.

Requirements:

• IL License
• 2+ plus years IR experience
• Travel experience Neuro experience
• Must be able to scrub in with IR MDs for IR complex procedures, Thrombectomies, Pulmonary embos, UFE, Y90
• BLS
• ARRT
