The Corewell Health West Grand Rapids Imaging Leadership Team consists of one manager and two supervisors who collaborate to support outpatient imaging services across the greater Grand Rapids area. Together, we oversee a dedicated team of approximately 115 professionals specializing in X-ray, ultrasound, bone density, MRI, and CT across 14 locations, including two surgical sites. Our services operate seven days a week, primarily between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM. We are seeking a candidate with strong communication skills and a deep appreciation for the value of frontline team members in driving success. Preferred qualifications include experience in advanced imaging modalities, proven leadership capabilities, and the ability to leverage performance metrics to guide operational excellence. Job Summary Supervises the operations of the Corewell Health Hospitals Radiology Departments, through compliance with State, Federal and Joint Commission regulations. Plans, organizes, evaluates, controls, and supervises all functions of the Radiology Department for all modalities but not limited to: Computerized Tomography (CT), Nuclear Medicine, Interventional Radiology, Diagnostic Radiology, Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), PET/CT, Mammography, Ultrasound, and Support Staff. Works in collaboration with other team members and radiologists to continually improve services in support of the management team. Qualifications Associate's degree in Radiology/Imaging modality Required. Bachelor's degree in health care or related field Preferred. 3 years of relevant experience, clinical and leadership, in specialty within Radiology Required. AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) Required. In addition, one of the following certifications is Required: AART or ARDMS Sonographer (S) AART or ARMRIT Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist (MRI) ARRT or ISCD Certified Bone Densitometry Technologist (CBDT) AART or ARDMS Computerized Tomography (CT). Job Description

The Corewell Health West Grand Rapids Imaging Leadership Team consists of one manager and two supervisors who collaborate to support outpatient imaging services across the greater Grand Rapids area.

Together, we oversee a dedicated team of approximately 115 professionals specializing in X-ray, ultrasound, bone density, MRI, and CT across 14 locations, including two surgical sites. Our services operate seven days a week, primarily between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM.

We are seeking a candidate with strong communication skills and a deep appreciation for the value of frontline team members in driving success. Preferred qualifications include experience in advanced imaging modalities, proven leadership capabilities, and the ability to leverage performance metrics to guide operational excellence.

Job Summary

Supervises the operations of the Corewell Health Hospitals Radiology Departments, through compliance with State, Federal and Joint Commission regulations. Plans, organizes, evaluates, controls, and supervises all functions of the Radiology Department for all modalities but not limited to: Computerized Tomography (CT), Nuclear Medicine, Interventional Radiology, Diagnostic Radiology, Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), PET/CT, Mammography, Ultrasound, and Support Staff. Works in collaboration with other team members and radiologists to continually improve services in support of the management team.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in Radiology/Imaging modality Required.
  • Bachelor's degree in health care or related field Preferred.
  • 3 years of relevant experience, clinical and leadership, in specialty within Radiology Required.
  • AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) Required.

In addition, one of the following certifications is Required:

  • AART or ARDMS Sonographer (S)
  • AART or ARMRIT Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist (MRI)
  • ARRT or ISCD Certified Bone Densitometry Technologist (CBDT)
  • AART or ARDMS Computerized Tomography (CT).
