You will receive a text message asking if you are available to come into our facility to scan a patient. If you are available, you arrive to conduct the scan(s). You are paid based on how many scans you conduct. Compensation: Daytime (defined as scans beginning within 7:00am- 11:00pm): $350 per scan Example: You conduct two scans in two hours at Sollis during the daytime, you will receive $700 as payment. You must pick up 2 shifts/ month minimum to be eligible for the pay per scan model to ensure you are trained in Sollis' tools, policies and technology. In the role of a Radiology Technologist I at Sollis Health, you will be responsible for the operation of our X-ray equipment and ensuring patients that have Radiology needs are having a high-level, hospitality experience. You will also cover the front desk welcoming our members and creating a memorable experience as you take them through our Responsibilities Covering the front desk answering phone calls, booking appointments and greeting patients as they arrive. Greet members/patients in a warm and friendly manner as they enter our clinics, ensuring they receive a high level of customer service. In the role of a Radiology Technologist I at Sollis Health you will be responsible for the operation of our X-ray equipment, producing films and ensuring that proper information has been obtained. You will also be trained and certified on how to run lab testing in a moderate to complex lab and support our front desk duties, greeting patients and answering phones.

Per Diem- 7a-3p- Coral Gables + Pay Per Scan Opportunities

How it works:

  • A Sollis patient needs a scan.
  • You will receive a text message asking if you are available to come into our facility to scan a patient.
  • If you are available, you arrive to conduct the scan(s).
  • You are paid based on how many scans you conduct.

Compensation:

  • Daytime (defined as scans beginning within 7:00am- 11:00pm): $350 per scan

Example: You conduct two scans in two hours at Sollis during the daytime, you will receive $700 as payment.

You must pick up 2 shifts/ month minimum to be eligible for the pay per scan model to ensure you are trained in Sollis' tools, policies and technology.

Responsibilities

  • Covering the front desk answering phone calls, booking appointments and greeting patients as they arrive.
  • Greet members/patients in a warm and friendly manner as they enter our clinics, ensuring they receive a high level of customer service.
  • Performing x-rays on a variety of body parts utilizing the appropriate equipment and established standards and procedures.
  • Producing films of the X-ray and providing it to the requesting physician
  • Ensuring images are legibly labeled with correct date and patient identification.
  • Monitoring the patient's well-being and recognizes patient discomfort or medical problems and takes appropriate action.
  • Running laboratory tests on our moderate to complex machines, and helps to perform routine QC's and other lab requirements
  • Utilizing our EMR AthenaHealth to enter detailed information about the patients ensuring all information is HIPAA compliant
  • Performs other clerical duties as required.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Experience:

We believe extraordinary people come from a variety of backgrounds, but ideally, we would expect that you have:

  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program required
  • Current License to practice as a Radiologic Technologist (General Radiographer) in Florida.
  • Current ARRT Radiology certification required
  • Must have at least 1 year of experience utilizing X-Ray technology
  • Urgent care experience, strong plus
