Job Duties & Responsibilities · Tactfully and professionally communicate (orally and in writing) NAVFAC requirements and positions and engage at multiple levels of authority to obtain decisive action from all affected parties, including the Construction Contractor (Contractor), Supported Commands, and other Agencies;
