This role will be integrated with our existing Outsourcing Services Provider (OSP) business model for the Client, which is comprised of a team of PACIV associates executing and maintaining various Validation and Automation tasks and business functions.  PACIV’s OSP team is responsible for supporting the client’s commercial facility that manufactures multiple commercial and clinical bulk drug substances by providing seamless support to Quality and Manufacturing operations and their respective groups.       Job Description: The Automation Engineer will be responsible for designing, testing, and troubleshooting automated PLC processes/GMP utilities equipment and systems in partnership with our Client’s Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.  These support services will typically be performed working within the Client’s Utilities, Maintenance, Process Engineering, and/or Automation department team(s).    Job Responsibilities: Design, programming, implementation, and testing support for new Control System/Automation projects within regulated environments. Participate in capital projects, new installations, testing, and modernization projects for new PLC systems. Provide front-line technical support, problem-solving, and maintenance support for Utility systems supporting Client’s automated manufacturing systems. Participate in root cause analysis, incident investigations, and troubleshooting of control issues. Note: Will require periodic, rotational on-call support for a 24/7 manufacturing environment Implement modifications/updates and continuous process improvement solutions for existing automated equipment and stand-alone control systems. System administrative activities such as user access control and review, GMP systems periodic review, and data integrity/security assessments. Lead efforts for the remediation, migration, and/or upgrade of existing systems Implementation of document updates for design specifications, SOPs, operating standards, engineering documents, drawings, etc. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and/or master’s degree in Engineering or Technical discipline required Knowledge and understanding of control systems governed by platforms such as Allen Bradley CompactLogix and ControlLogix PLC systems, GE Proficy platform, Siemens controllers, and JCI Metasys for BMS/CMS, Facility, and Utility systems Experience with SCADA HMI interfaces (FactoryTalk View, iFix, WonderWare, etc.). Family Service of RI  is recruiting foster parents to support our most vulnerable youth while their families get the support they need to safely reunify!   Foster parents are needed for all ages but  ESPECIALLY for pre-teens and teens . Daily stipends are paid to support the cost of raising the foster youth and offset the cost of household expenses. Daily stipends range from $35-$95 depending on the level of need of the youth. Our foster care team   provides comprehensive case management and clinical services to foster families as they navigate the foster care and adoption system. We have been serving the RI community for over 125 years! Through the Trauma Systems Therapy (TST) model, we provide weekly in home clinical and case management support to all of our foster families and children. TST is a model used for children and adolescents who have been exposed to trauma. We provide additional TST training to our foster parents to support the youth placed in their home. Mobile Response Clinician’s may work with children up to 18 years old within our Mobile Response and Stabilization Services (MRSS) program which offers stabilization support for up to 30 days. Dog Walker Work Hours:

-Mon-Fri 10am-3pm or a minimum of 2 hrs availability during that time 

-The dog walker position can also work in conjunction with our Pet Sitting Positions for additional income

Pet Sitter Hours:

Can offer at least 1-2hrs of availability during at least 2 of our 4 visit time windows:

Morning & Afternoons OR Morning & Evenings OR Evenings & Nights

Mornings: 6-10am. Afternoons 11-3pm. Evenings 4-6pm. Nights 7-9pm

*Minimum availability required is at least an hour during 2 of these time slots but the more availability, the more clients we can set you up with.

Pet Sitting Position can also be utilized for supplemental income (without committing to regularly weekly dog walking hours).

Dog Walker / Pet Sitter Duties:

-Visit client’s homes to care for their companions while they are at work or on vacation

-Will include; walking, exercising dogs, letting out for bathroom breaks, providing love & attention. May also include feeding, medicating, providing fresh water, cleaning up after animals, litter boxes, etc..

-Leave a note for clients after each visit so they know how the visits went.

Compensation:

Hourly + Mileage. $16-$18/hr. depending on experience and availability.

Option available for per visit pay rate as well.
