Job Summary The Senior Supplier Quality Engineer will be a leader on the Supplier Quality team, expected to be subject matter expert with regard to Supplier Quality processes and provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members. This position will support the development of the long term vision for ZOLL supplier quality and will execute both the tactical and strategic plans to support this vision. Essential Functions Responsible for all aspects of supplier quality performance which may include driving corrective actions with suppliers, leading risk reduction activities, managing new product development activities at suppliers, and leading process improvements within the supply chain. Expected to proactively identify improvement opportunities in the supply chain network, or with internal quality processes, and to drive continuous improvements to achieve improvements. Lead and drive the development of training material for suppliers and provide guidance to suppliers to ensure suppliers grow and develop in line with business needs. Expected to work independently with Engineering, Purchasing and Suppliers to establish new product qualification criteria and define, support, and execute supplier quality plans and first article inspections (FAI) as required. Work directly with suppliers to continually improve overall part quality, drive improvements to their overall quality systems and drive department projects such as reducing the need for incoming inspection by driving quality back through the supply chain. Responsible to evaluate, qualify, and manage new suppliers to maximize the net value of the supply chain network. Responsible for measuring and reporting supplier performance metrics and driving supplier improvements for all suppliers as assigned. Expected to collaborate with Engineering and review requirements with suppliers to ensure technical requirements are clearly understood. Responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting quality data during supplier strategic business reviews. Provide leadership in the investigation of supplier and/or component performance issues, including corrective and preventive actions and driving continuous improvements. Conduct Supplier Audits and manage resulting Supplier Corrective Action activities. Travel to supplier facilities to review and enhance their effectiveness and capabilities. Work with all groups within the organization to ensure business objectives are being met. Required/Preferred Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree In Engineering or related technical area required, MBA/MS preferred. 5-7 years relevant experience in supplier quality, quality, engineering, or manufacturing with a proven record of achievement. Project management experience with MS Project a plus. Lead Auditor Certification Preferred Six Sigma Greenbelt or Blackbelt Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Consistent track record of working with multiple departments such as purchasing, engineering, and manufacturing. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate technical information with others both internal and external to organization. Knowledge of various manufacturing process, strong emphasis on electronics and mechanical assembly operations. Proficiency with quality management systems and standards. Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings, prints, and specifications. Proficient with Microsoft Office software, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Proficient with statistical analysis tools with a focus on measurement systems capability, process capability, Design of Experiments (DOE) and process control. Must be resourceful and independent. Ability and willingness to travel up to thirty percent, including international travel. The primary role of the NAEP 2026 Assessment Administrator (AA) is to administer assessments in participating schools for grades 4, 8, and 12 in public and private schools. In addition to administering assessments, AAs assist with preparation and other assessment-related activities in collaboration with assessment coordinators (AC). AAs will be administering assessments using school devices. This includes collaborating with your team to install the NAEP application on school devices and troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise. Success in this role demands strong organizational, adaptability, and interpersonal skills. It also requires some technical proficiency to operate and troubleshoot devices. Job Summary

The Senior Supplier Quality Engineer will be a leader on the Supplier Quality team, expected to be subject matter expert with regard to Supplier Quality processes and provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members. This position will support the development of the long term vision for ZOLL supplier quality and will execute both the tactical and strategic plans to support this vision.

Essential Functions

  • Responsible for all aspects of supplier quality performance which may include driving corrective actions with suppliers, leading risk reduction activities, managing new product development activities at suppliers, and leading process improvements within the supply chain.

  • Expected to proactively identify improvement opportunities in the supply chain network, or with internal quality processes, and to drive continuous improvements to achieve improvements.

  • Lead and drive the development of training material for suppliers and provide guidance to suppliers to ensure suppliers grow and develop in line with business needs.

  • Expected to work independently with Engineering, Purchasing and Suppliers to establish new product qualification criteria and define, support, and execute supplier quality plans and first article inspections (FAI) as required.

  • Work directly with suppliers to continually improve overall part quality, drive improvements to their overall quality systems and drive department projects such as reducing the need for incoming inspection by driving quality back through the supply chain.

  • Responsible to evaluate, qualify, and manage new suppliers to maximize the net value of the supply chain network.

  • Responsible for measuring and reporting supplier performance metrics and driving supplier improvements for all suppliers as assigned.

  • Expected to collaborate with Engineering and review requirements with suppliers to ensure technical requirements are clearly understood.

  • Responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting quality data during supplier strategic business reviews.

  • Provide leadership in the investigation of supplier and/or component performance issues, including corrective and preventive actions and driving continuous improvements.

  • Conduct Supplier Audits and manage resulting Supplier Corrective Action activities.

  • Travel to supplier facilities to review and enhance their effectiveness and capabilities.

  • Work with all groups within the organization to ensure business objectives are being met.

Required/Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering or related technical area required, MBA/MS preferred.

  • 5-7 years relevant experience in supplier quality, quality, engineering, or manufacturing with a proven record of achievement.

  • Project management experience with MS Project a plus.

  • Lead Auditor Certification Preferred

  • Six Sigma Greenbelt or Blackbelt Preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Consistent track record of working with multiple departments such as purchasing, engineering, and manufacturing.

  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate technical information with others both internal and external to organization.

  • Knowledge of various manufacturing process, strong emphasis on electronics and mechanical assembly operations.

  • Proficiency with quality management systems and standards.

  • Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings, prints, and specifications.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office software, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

  • Proficient with statistical analysis tools with a focus on measurement systems capability, process capability, Design of Experiments (DOE) and process control.

  • Must be resourceful and independent.

  • Ability and willingness to travel up to thirty percent, including international travel.

The annual salary for this position is:

$105,000.00 to $125,000.00
