Overview
Job Description
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers via phone and email.
- Oversee customer support activities on Amazon or comparable e-commerce platforms, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Process, track, and monitor customer orders from entry through production.
- Proactively follow up with customers to confirm details, provide updates, and resolve any issues.
- Participate in Outbound Sales activities with current customers.
- Collaborate closely with production to ensure accuracy, on-time delivery, and smooth workflow.
- Troubleshoot and resolve order or delivery problems in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records in the order management system.
- Support inside sales efforts, quoting and assisting with account development.
- Build positive relationships with customers through attentive, solution-driven service.
- Contribute to team goals and company growth initiatives.
- 2–3 years of customer service or inside sales experience, ideally in a manufacturing or related industry where you’ve supported products or orders.
- Experience preparing quotes and following up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- A natural problem solver with strong follow-through — you don’t stop until the customer is taken care of.
- Clear and confident communicator, both on the phone and in writing.
- Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented — you take pride in getting things right the first time.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), order entry systems, and a CRM to manage customer information.
- A collaborative team player who works well with colleagues across departments.
- Brings a positive attitude, stays adaptable in a fast-paced environment, and is excited to grow with a company that’s growing too.
