May be required to work at any CCAP location. Requirements Required Qualifications: High school diploma, GED Past or current WIC participant, the "peer" in peer counselor required; 1 year preferred. Job Summary

Assist Supervisor with day-to-day duties, tasks and projects for assigned team members/department, including but not limited to conducting daily monitoring, management and reporting on staff time and attendance, serving as Timekeeper and Trainer for assigned team.   • Monitor, track and approve time and attendance entries for assigned team members/department(s).
  • Compile, generate information/data/reports and communicate issues and/or updates to Supervisor related to time, attendance, overtime, training, as assigned.
  • Asist with training, orienting and onboarding new employees and training/retraining existing employees, including but not limited to compliance, safety, SOPs, as assigned/required.
  • Model and enforce company policies including but not limited to attendance, standards of conduct and safety policies.
  • Monitor and track team workload, performance, productivity, and quality standards, working closely with supervisor and management.
  • May participate in meetings with Supervisor and team members.
  • Set a professional example in alignment with ZOLL's Leadership Qualities.
  • Provide leadership, coaching and direction to assigned members of the team.
  • Seek out opportunities to participate in cross-functional teams and/or projects.

Required/Preferred Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 1-3 years Experience in operations or similar environment required
  • Leadership and/or training experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Comprehensive knowledge and competency in assigned department and required operations, or in similar department and operations.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and usage including but not limited to Time and Attendance program(s), MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Excellent communication, planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership, team building, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask as well as work successfully with a team.
