Verify and review sales data utilizing the sales approach in the determination of a set of various uses of commercial properties. Reconcile the income approach and cost approach for each appropriate property. Use the set of verified sales to test the reconciled final values from the income and cost approach. Participate in the informal hearings process with taxpayers. Investigate reported complaints and make decisions to reconcile discrepancies or inaccuracies found because of the process. Maintain positive relations with the clients, the public and company personnel. Communicate job status situations effectively through forms, memos, status reports and other prescribed company documents accurately and timely.
