Job Description
The Relationship Manager III, Corporate Banking is primarily responsible for making and servicing a wide variety of business and individual loans, both secured and unsecured, which are complex in nature. Handles larger, more profitable customer relationships within the department. Provides subordinate officers with functional guidance.

How You'll Spend Your Time
- Analyze bank financial statements, liquidity positions, and operating models to assess overall financial health and strategic direction.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of correspondent banking services, including cash management and payments, liquidity and fed funds solutions, credit facilities and loan participations, capital markets and investment products, risk management tools, cards, international services, and operational support.Develop a deep understanding of each client's balance sheet structure, liquidity requirements, lending strategy, credit appetite, and operational workflows.
- Evaluate client growth plans, market pressures, and the regulatory environment to anticipate evolving banking needs.
- Support client banks' strategic initiatives and expansion plans by leveraging BOK's platform, products, services, and expertise.
- You will use your business savvy to identify new prospects and develop new business opportunities.
- You will use your knowledge of our products and services to make recommendations to our clients to help them enhance their business.
- You will use your financial acumen and analytical skills to understand data to make informed decisions.
- You will use your credit acumen to make recommendations for deal approval, structuring loans, mitigating and identifying risk, and complying with regulations.
Education & Experience Requirements
The required level of knowledge is normally acquired through a Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance and 5 - 7 years' experience in a commercial lending environment or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of commercial lending practices and loan documentation, and loan servicing requirements
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Demonstrated capacity to sell products/services within the financial services industry
- Advanced understanding of credit underwriting, documentation, loan policy, and regulations
- Advanced knowledge of financial analysis including ratio and trend analysis and projections
- Specialized knowledge of specific markets in order to serve defined territories
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to prepare and deliver persuasive oral and written reports and presentations
- Good PC skills including knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications
