As a Team Member, you'll help bring the park to life. Whether you're greeting guests when they arrive, helping keep attractions safe, assisting with birthday parties, or supporting our Krave Café, you'll play an important role in making every visit memorable. If you enjoy staying busy, working with a great team, and helping families have an amazing time, Launch could be a great fit for you.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for team members who bring positive energy, reliability, and a team-first attitude.

• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Strong communication and guest service skills
• Dependable and punctual
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Enjoy interacting with kids, families, and groups
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Willing to learn different tasks and take direction from leadership

Experience in food service, retail, or hosting events is helpful, but not required.
