Trash and debris are to be deposited in the compactor and cardboard in designated dumpsters. Ensure the safety and security of guests and employees. Responsible for containment, clean-up, and disposal of all biohazards throughout the property. Completes all company-required training with designated times. Occasional after-hours work is necessary. Assists in the hiring process; interview, hiring and training of new associates Orients housekeeping staff and assists housekeeping supervisor. Conducts regular inspections and makes recommendations to the facility Communication with staff, administration, and other departments Coordination of outside services (i.e., Pest Control, Window Cleaning, Medical and Solid Waste, Document Destruction, and Recycling program) Assist supervisor with employees' needs. Maintain an elevated level of good housekeeping and care of company assets in the field, vehicles, shop and worksites. Stay aware of Best Practices. Develop and recommend improved work methods and Standards. Extended hours during seasonal planting and occasional after-hours work are required. Position Overview: The Timeshare Supervisor/Inspector is responsible for consistently meeting quality and timeliness standards in the supervision of cleaning personnel. A Supervisor/Inspector must ensure the company's mission statement and values are followed by all staff who report to them. The purpose of this position is to oversee cleaning personnel and make sure that units are being cleaned effectively and in the most efficient way. Essential Functions: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Develop and maintain a high standard of excellence within staff. Assign duties to housekeeping personnel. May be asked to prep rooms for housekeepers during busy/peak periods. May be asked to clean rooms using MasterCorp's 7-step to clean process during busy/peak periods. Assist in the training of staff, both existing and new recruits. Report unit maintenance issues as per company procedure. Examine carpets, drapes, and furniture for stains, damage or wear and report as necessary. Inspect and prepare clean units and report them as vacant and ready. Inspect units and complete the required amount of report cards per week. Replace kitchen inventory and supplies as needed. Assist in maintaining storage closets are clean and organized. Report lost and found items to Executive Housekeeper. Ensure a safe working environment at each site and office. Willing and able to perform all duties related to site operation as directed by the Executive Housekeeper. Ensure a sense of urgency exists within housekeeping staff so units are turned on time. Personal timeliness, be prompt with all assignments and appointments. Utilize supplies and equipment efficiently and effectively. Perform inventory and linen supplies. Assist in linen inventories as directed. Responsible for time efficiency of direct reports. Assist in solving guest complaints promptly. Cultivate and develop strong, positive customer relations. Willing and able to assist resorts guests and owners. Knowledgeable of the resort. Other duties and tasks as assigned in conjunction with services contracted with the client. Experience and Education Requirements: A high school diploma or equivalent combination of education and work experience. A passion for cleanliness. Demonstrated motivational skills. Strong work ethic. Ability to train others. Desire to help others. Work irregular hours. The salary range provided for this position is$9.00 - $17.00, and will be based on a variance of considerations such as skills, qualifications and experience. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for vacuuming all floors.
  • Cleaning, disinfecting, and restocking all restrooms.
  • Mopping floors around the bars, restrooms, and entrance.
  • Responsible for removing all trash and debris from floors, and trash cans. Trash and debris are to be deposited in the compactor and cardboard in designated dumpsters.
  • Ensure the safety and security of guests and employees.
  • Responsible for containment, clean-up, and disposal of all biohazards throughout the property.
  • Completes all company-required training with designated times.
  • Occasional after-hours work is necessary.
  • Assists in the hiring process; interview, hiring and training of new associates
  • Orients housekeeping staff and assists housekeeping supervisor.
  • Conducts regular inspections and makes recommendations to the facility
  • Communication with staff, administration, and other departments
  • Coordination of outside services (i.e., Pest Control, Window Cleaning, Medical and Solid Waste, Document Destruction, and Recycling program)
  • Assist supervisor with employees' needs.
  • Maintain an elevated level of good housekeeping and care of company assets in the field, vehicles, shop and worksites.
  • Stay aware of Best Practices. Develop and recommend improved work methods and Standards.
  • Extended hours during seasonal planting and occasional after-hours work are required.

Education & Experience

Working Conditions

Work involves the regular, and at times sustained, performance of heavier physical tasks such as walking over rough or uneven surfaces, bending, stooping, working in confined spaces, and lifting or carrying with assistance moderately heavy (20-50 pounds) items and occasionally very heavy (100 pounds or over) items; or it may involve the complex operation of powered machinery or shop equipment requiring the manipulation of multiple controls, fine adjustments, or both. The work environment may be dirty or involve exposure to various elements such as chemicals, dust, fumes, cold, heat, noise, vibrations, or dampness, where work exposes the employee to potentially non-disabling injuries.
