Coordinate with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including human subjects, animal research, biosafety, and FDA-regulated products. Track award progress against milestones, review annual and final reports, and evaluate scientific output. Track and report award outcomes, such as publications and patents. Identify key research accomplishments and prepare written products and oral briefings highlighting significant research outcomes. Serve as the primary point of contact for investigators, acting as liaison with contracting, regulatory offices, and DoD sponsors. Represent CDMRP in working groups, peer review panels, and scientific meetings. Present updates and briefings to CDMRP, USAMRDC, and DoD leadership. Required Qualifications PhD or Master’s in immunology, genetics, microbiology, virology, or related field. 3+ years of experience in grants management or 5+ years of biomedical research. Familiarity with infectious disease and/or autoimmune/genetic disorder research. Experience with DoD grant systems (eBRAP, EGS) strongly preferred.
