Business Intelligence & Reporting Standardize and scale enterprise dashboards, self-service BI tools, and executive reporting. Partner with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability. Data Architecture & Infrastructure Collaborate with engineering teams to build scalable data pipelines, architecture, and warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran). Optimize data infrastructure to enable fast, reliable access to insights and experimentation. What You’ll Bring: 10–12+ years of experience in data leadership roles spanning analytics, BI, and data science. Proven success building and scaling data teams in fast-paced, growth-stage or enterprise environments. Hands-on expertise with modern data stack tools (e.g., dbt, Snowflake, Looker/Tableau, Python, SQL). Experience with hyperscalers such as Azure, Google Strong understanding of statistical modeling, experimentation, and machine learning techniques. Executive presence and ability to influence at all levels of the organization. Experience supporting marketing attribution, sales performance, operations, and/or customer experience analytics preferred. About the Role The Sr Director role will head Pre-Clinical Science function and will be an important leader in helping to develop and build the eye care pipeline at Tarsus. As a nonclinical subject matter expert, the Sr Director will be responsible for the overall strategy and execution of the nonclinical toxicology/PK program, collaborating cross-functionally with project leads, providing data interpretation at various internal venues, and authoring regulatory documents. Let's talk about some of the key responsibilities of the role: Collaborate with key experts across the company including Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, CMC and Innovation lab to appropriately advise on non-clinical strategy for early POC trials as well as to appropriately meet global regulatory requirements.   • Experience with hyperscalers such as Azure, Google
