The Department of Computer Science at Brandeis University seeks an instructor for the course COSI 136a: Automatic Speech Recognition, a 4 credit course, in Fall 2025. This course is open to instructor modification, within the overall focus on exploring speech recognizer core components and their underlying algorithms and surveying real applications, with coursework that involves students building and evaluating a variety of ASR-related applications using state-of-the-art models and tools. The Department of Computer Science at Brandeis University seeks an instructor for the course COSI 136a: Automatic Speech Recognition, a 4 credit course, in Fall 2025. This course is open to instructor modification, within the overall focus on exploring speech recognizer core components and their underlying algorithms and surveying real applications, with coursework that involves students building and evaluating a variety of ASR-related applications using state-of-the-art models and tools. The course will be taken by intermediate and advanced students in the two year Computational Linguistics MS program, along with interested CS undergraduates and graduate students.
