Job Description

As a Computer Operator, you will be tasked with supporting users with their computer systems by working to maintain and improve important computer processes in a help desk environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining ID’s and passwords conducive to the Mortgage and Banking Centers within a time managed system created from a Help Desk System
  • Running Jobs requested by programmers and business units on a daily basis
  • Maintenance of daily checklists for daily operations
  • Exposure to IBM Mainframe Operations 
  • Printing secure documents daily for business units in high volume
  • Answering calls from business units to submit job requests or reset passwords
  • 40 hours per week (Periodic overtime when needed)
The standard schedule for the position is Monday through Friday, 6:00am - 2:00pm. Candidates must also be flexible to work alternate hours as business needs require.

  • Strong PC skills including Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office Outlook
