Overview
Job Description
- 7 HRS/DAILY
- Provide technical support to users via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and update computer systems and applications
- Assist with system maintenance and upgrades
- Maintain documentation of support requests and solutions
- Train users on software and technology tools
- Monitor system performance and security
- Coordinate with IT team for complex problems
- Respond to technical emergencies or outages
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and best practices
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Computer Support Specialists
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn new technologies
