Job Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees in engineering or technology are a plus. Experience: 10+ years of construction project management experience, with 3-5 years focused on industrial science and technology projects (e.g., labs, cleanrooms, tech manufacturing). Open to travel for projects. Skills: Expertise in industrial construction with a focus on science and tech infrastructure (e.g., MEP systems, controlled environments). Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, BIM tools). Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
