Maintains contact with Draw Manager, Draw Auditor and Lottery. · Assists Information Technology staff in providing basic computer and systems support to Gaming Systems vendor. Assists IT Specialists with- providing technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer software and hardware. · Executes and monitors daily Data Warehousing program. · Conducts preliminary IT inquires and issue tracking for users. · Maintains asset inventory for Lottery IT department. · Assists the IT Specialist in installing and configuring computer software, installing computer hardware peripherals, including the setup of network printers, monitors and mobile devices, and provides assistance to the QA groups in UAT testing as assigned. · Perform other related duties as assigned. Integration & Collaboration: Work with IT teams, dispatch personnel, emergency responders, and third-party vendors to enhance CAD functionality. In addition, the CAD Administrator will work with GIS, IT, Police, Fire, and EMS records departments, and also liaise with vendors and technical subject matter experts. Policy and Procedure Development: The CAD administrator will assist in the development, maintenance, and oversee policies and procedures related to CAD. This includes defining roles and responsibilities for system changes, permission access, and other technology management processes.   System Security: The CAD administrator enforces system security to maintain accuracy and collaborates on security recommendations.  Required education, Skills, Qualifications & Experience Education: A bachelor’s degree is preferred , but a high school diploma or equivalent with several years of relevant experience may be acceptable. Experience should include systems implementation, application support, or software administration with CAD software products. Public safety agency experience (dispatch, police, fire, and/or EMS) is also desirable. Certifications or degrees in Emergency Medical Science, Fire Science, Criminal Justice, or a related field are highly desirable. Required Technical Skills: Extensive experience with CAD/RMS (Records Management Systems) in emergency response environments. Strong knowledge of mobile data terminals (MDT), emergency dispatch, and public safety software. Hands-on experience with database management, system configuration, and technical troubleshooting. Strong analytical skills for data query, transfer, and statistical analysis. Familiarity with security protocols and user account management within CAD systems. Proficiency in SQL, including views, stored procedures, and database schema Understanding of standard GPS protocols (TAIP and NMEA) Experience with Microsoft Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems (MCSA/MCSE skills) Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, ODBC, and Ops Manager (SCOM). Experience with relational data modeling principles and techniques. Ability to troubleshoot application system issues including hardware, network and third-party components.
