  • Research service guides and specifications to determine correct machine settings.
  • Accurately document repairs, device statuses, and service details in internal systems.
  • Track devices and parts throughout the repair process, including ordering parts as needed.
  • Maintain organized part storage for repairs in progress.
  • Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and escalate discrepancies when identified.
  • Collaborate with teammates and technical leads to troubleshoot issues and share best practices.
  • Communicate with manufacturer service teams to resolve repair-related issues.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation aligned with company and manufacturer standards.

  • Support broader department needs and take on additional duties as assigned by leadership.

What You'll Bring:

  • At least one relevant certification (CompTIA A+ preferred, ACMT, ACiT, Lenovo, HP, Dell, Toshiba, or similar).
  • A commitment to staying current on technology, tools, procedures, and manufacturer training.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality repair work.
  • Comfort with both written and verbal communication.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and consistent attendance.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, or Google Suite.
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to support teammates and team goals.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs on a consistent basis.

Perks and Benefits:

  • Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision plans to keep you feeling your best
  • 401(k) with employer match—because your future matters
