We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Computer Systems Analyst to join our team supporting the digital infrastructure at the Susquehanna nuclear facility. This role is responsible for the maintenance, enhancement, and reliability of existing computer-based systems, including networks and digital plant systems. The incumbent will work independently with minimal supervision and significant autonomy, often serving as the subject matter expert (SME) for critical systems. Lead or support Engineering and Plant Work Management processes, serving as Engineering Point of Contact or Duty System Engineer. Interface with cross-functional teams such as Operations, Maintenance, Security, and Training to ensure seamless integration of system solutions. Develop and maintain documentation, technical procedures, guidelines, and support tools. Ensure all system development complies with SSES Software Quality Assurance (SQA) requirements. Manage projects by analyzing, developing, integrating, testing, and implementing system solutions, often serving as project lead. Stay informed of industry best practices and emerging technologies to ensure system relevance and performance. Support and comply with all safety, security, and environmental policies and procedures. POSITION SUMMARY The Computer User Support Specialist provides advanced end-user IT support for AF TENCAP, managing Tier 1 and some Tier 2 service desk operations across multiple security classification levels.
