- Be part of a team of instructors who teach classes and run birthday parties on the weekends.
- Coordinate all aspects of birthday parties with families who are hosting at our facility and make sure they have a truly magical experience!
- Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience. We treat our members like family here.
- Be ready to LEAD. We will make a positive impact on the growth and development of the children and families of our community! But we also make a difference in the lives of our teammates! Many of the leaders in our company started in this position and have enjoyed the opportunities for upward mobility.
- You're totally open to being a goofball and love giving (air) high 5's. (A background in child development, physical education and /or gymnastics helps as well).
- You have background in gymnastics, dance, early childhood development or education.
- You live to serve! Making others feel good makes you feel good.
- Kids really like you AND their parents really like you too.
- You were voted most likely to be in a good mood by your high school classmates.
- You love to have fun but you know when to buckle down and do work.
- Kids and Parents Walk out of our classes more confident than when they walked in every single day.
