As an F45 Coach, you’re a vital key to the happiness and success of our members. Your role isn’t just about running sessions—it’s about creating meaningful experiences that keep members excited, engaged, and coming back for more.
Roles: As a coach, you are at the heart of F45 Cross Trails. Your impact will ripple through every interaction, workout, and moment inside the studio.
- Be the face of F45 Cross Trails, representing our mission and values in every interaction.
- Lead members through safe, engaging, and high-energy workouts, ensuring everyone feels supported and challenged.
- Cultivate a community atmosphere where members feel connected and motivated.
- Embody the F45 Cross Trails mission and service standards with every session.
Responsibilities: As a coach, you’ll bring F45’s workouts to life while setting an example of professionalism and energy:
- Engage with every member—know their names, goals, and progress.
- Demonstrate movements clearly and assist members in refining their form.
- Stay active and visible, constantly pacing the room and maintaining high energy.
- Maintain organization and flow to ensure safety and efficiency for all.
- Build excitement around internal promotions, challenges, and events.
- Foster a clean and professional environment, keeping all areas spotless and welcoming.
- Commit to ongoing learning and development through training and certifications.

AVAILABILITY:
- Part-time position
- Must be willing to work at least 5 to 7 sessions per week
- Must be flexible to work additional hours if needed, weekends included.

Compensation: $18.00 - $29.00 per hour
