Core Responsibilities
Drive all aspects of personal training sales, revenue, and member conversion
Hire, onboard, and develop high-performing trainers
Track team performance metrics - sales, session volume, retention, and engagement
Collaborate with leadership to plan and execute major club events and initiatives

Requirements
CPR/AED Certification (current)
Minimum 1 year of supervisory or management experience in fitness or sales
Strong understanding of fitness programming, member engagement, and business operations
Ability to demonstrate exercises and be physically active on the gym floor
