Training exclusively for Crunch Franchise. Job Title: Trainer Reports to: Club Manager Status: Full Time/Non-Supervisor/Non-Exempt Job Summary Responsible for running the Planet Fitness group fitness program (PE@PF). This includes assisting new members in the achievement of their fitness goals by designing a simple workout program and instructing them on the proper use of equipment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Conduct and run the Planet Fitness PE@PF program, including creating and following the schedule. Consult with members regarding their fitness goals and instruct them on how to use the equipment properly and safely. Creating creative and unique ways to promote PE@PF class sign-ups. Create bi-weekly updates consisting of a variety of exercises. Meet class requirements based on club size and member traffic. Assist in front desk related activities including: Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions. Check members into the system. New member sign-up. Take potential members on tours. Full training provided. Sales and customer service backgrounds are helpful, with some work experience preferred. The duties of a Fitness Trainer are to "Train, Sell and Clean." TRAINING The personal attention provided during a 9Round workout requires high energy. Training involves explaining and demonstrating exercises in a manner that provides the best workout each and every time, while motivating the members to reach their goals. SELLING The first 9Round workout is always free. Trainers must convert the first time workouts into members of 9Round Nation. CLEANING To attract and keep members, the gym must be clean at all times.
