• Experience: Proven track record in boutique fitness coaching (required); leadership or senior coaching experience (strongly preferred).
• Education: Nationally accredited fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, ISSA, etc.) and current CPR/AED certification.
• The "F45 Factor": A deep understanding of functional training and HIIT. (F45 coaching experience is a major bonus!)
• Tech Savvy: Experience with MindBody is strongly preferred.
• Communication: Exceptional public speaking skills and the ability to command a room with empathy and energy.

• Set the Standard: Lead by example with advanced coaching, movement correction, and injury prevention techniques.
• Build the Brand: Create and feature in social media content and represent the studio at community activations and marketing events.
