The Assistant Fitness Manager is responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience personally and through Coach's supervision. AFM's are responsible for delivering great member service along with Fitness & Supplement revenue. As needed, they address member concerns, employee relations issues, and oversee scheduling and time-keeping activities. On a regular basis, they communicate and enforce Company and Club policies and procedures. AFMs are responsible for the successful attainment of revenue goals pertaining to Private Training and Supplements. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Sell and Conduct Private Training & Small Group Training with Members Assist members and encourages their involvement in private training. Ensures accurate administration of client Programs, supplement purchases, measurement tracking, workout programs. Arrives on time, prepared and attentive for training appointments. The stunning resort will feature 433 rooms (to include 51 impeccably designed suites and 10 spacious family suites), 65,000 square feet of meeting space (40,000 indoor and 25,000 outdoor), a tranquil spa, two 18-hole golf courses, and 6 food and beverage outlets. This includes 3 restaurants (rooftop, southern Italian, and poolside), a cocktail bar, marketplace and in-room dining.

What will I be doing?

As a Spa & Fitness Attendant, you would be responsible for ensuring a clean, safe and relaxing/fun environment for guests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Greet guests and respond to guest inquiries and resolve service issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
  • Maintain cleanliness of work area including, but not limited to, cleaning the facility, locker rooms, machines and equipment in accordance with federal, state, local and company standards
  • Stock and replenish the facility with supplies and products, including, but not limited to clean towels, fresh water, drinking cups, etc.
  • Assist in monitoring facility use to ensure guest safety
  • Conduct financial transactions, as needed
  • Perform general Spa duties, as needed
