This position has starting guaranteed wages at $15.00 per hour, plus immediate opportunities to receive incentives to $22.50 per hour. Ideal candidates MUST HAVE basic automotive background and adequate tools to perform light service on vehicles. Quick Lane or express service experience at an independent or dealer is desirable. What You Do: Conduct basic maintenance and filter services on Ford vehicles Oil and filter services Tire rotations, balancing, tire replacements and tire repairs Battery testing and replacement Inspect vehicles for needs and service needs using multi-point inspections and test tools Document and report on items completed and in need of further service via repair order and dealer computer system Complete and attend manufacturer training as required Successful attributes and skills: Excellent communication skills and ability to be a team player Trainable.
