Engage customers while they remain in their vehicles to identify the reason for their visit and qualify their service needs. Communicate a clear understanding of shop services, educating customers in a positive, approachable way that enhances their experience. Safely guide vehicles into service bays with clear direction and attention to detail. Perform basic services including: Checking and adjusting tire air pressure. Washing customer windshields. Gathering basic customer information (name, contact, vehicle details). Conducting a brief visual review of the vehicle's current condition. Set up and operate oil evaluator machines to assist in service recommendations. Proactively greet approaching vehicles to draw them into open service bays and encourage same-visit service. Maintain shop presentation by ensuring: Water for customers is stocked and cold. Windshield washing buckets are filled with clean water and solution General cleanliness and readiness of the customer-facing areas. Support the service team with additional shop duties as needed. Qualifications & Skills Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor with a genuine desire to help others. Strong verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging with customers in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude with the ability to make customers feel welcome and valued. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron's pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $218,750 - $303,750. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron's benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
