Qualification Requirements:  High School diploma or equivalent is required. A 2-Year Associates Degree in Engineering Technology or a Technical Degree in Drafting, is highly desirable (applicable experience may be accepted) A minimum of 5 years and up to 10 years of experience is preferred with basic civil engineering design and construction inspection principles. Participates in pre-survey planning meetings with project managers and engineers on a consistent basis by providing updates and progress during all phases of projects. This position may lead to a more prominent role as a Project Manager and Client Manager which will include becoming responsible for project budgets, fee estimates and financial performance. This position will require the initiative to think independently and make rational judgment calls.
