Store and rotate all products before and after prepping to ensure quality. Mix dough to recipe and dough balls to standard when/if necessary. Sheet, wrap, date, and store crusts to standard. Perform the duties of the runner (restock person) or dish person as directed by immediate supervisor. Required Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Degrees, Licensure, and/or Certification: Food Handlers Card and/or Serve Safe Certified preferred but not required. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Effectively read, speak, write and communicate. Build and maintain positive relationships with supervisors, co-workers and guests. Be a team player with a great attitude. Basic math skills required. Other requirements: Regularly required to stand and walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms. Occasionally required to bend and stoop, kneel or crouch. Must be able to perform cleaning duties such as wiping tables and equipment, sweeping and mopping. Must be able to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Maintain punctual and regular attendance at work. The Retail Marketing Director leads all national marketing efforts that drive traffic, awareness, and revenue across the Liberty dispensaries. This role oversees integrated marketing campaigns, digital and traditional media strategy, new-store launch communications, and market specific programming that elevates the Liberty brand. You'll be the connector between Holistic's retail teams, operations, and compliance to ensure every initiative is insight-driven and built to perform.

Your Impact:

  • Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy to drive awareness, traffic, and conversion across the retail footprint.
  • Lead digital and traditional media strategy across SEO, SEM, programmatic display, and OOH.
  • Partner closely with Retail Operations and Brand Marketing to align promotional calendars and product priorities.
  • Oversee the development and creative execution of national omnichannel campaigns for key retail moments (4/20, holidays, new store openings, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the SVP of Marketing on budget planning, forecasting, and optimizing spend efficiency.
  • Manage external creative partners and lead the Retail Marketing Coordinator to support national retail initiatives.
