🚗 Reconditioning Technician – Drive the Difference at Vision Automotive!

We’re looking for a Reconditioning Technician to be the behind-the-scenes hero who ensures every pre-owned vehicle looks and feels brand new and every vehicle is ready to shine at time of delivery to the customer. From detailing and cosmetic touch-ups to minor repairs, you'll be a critical part of the quality we’re known for.

🔧 What You’ll Do

  • Perform full interior and exterior detailing on pre-owned vehicles
  • Perform pre-delivery touch-up cleaning at time of sale for customer delivery
  • Fuel vehicles for lot or delivery ready
  • Conduct light mechanical reconditioning and cosmetic repairs (e.g., buffing, touch-up paint, trim replacements)
  • Identify vehicles needing outsourced service (bodywork, windshield repair, etc.)
  • Inspect vehicles pre- and post-reconditioning to ensure dealership standards
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas with consistent attention to safety

Requirements

  • Previous experience in auto detailing or reconditioning roles preferred
  • A keen eye for imperfections and a high standard for cleanliness and quality
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced workflow and manage multiple vehicles at once
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
