Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Pusher to oversee and lead one team on our construction projects. The pusher will lead a team of construction workers to ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and technical expertise to manage all aspects of construction operations effectively. Supervisory Responsibilities: The Construction pusher will work side by side with a team of construction workers, subcontractors, and support staff while being the main lead on that site. Responsibilities include assigning tasks, providing guidance and training, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. The Construction Pusher will also collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to coordinate project activities and address any issues or concerns. Duties and Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate construction activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and task assignments. Supervise and direct construction workers, subcontractors, and support staff to ensure that work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to specifications. Monitor project progress and performance metrics, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies as needed to keep projects on track. Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to address project requirements, resolve issues, and provide regular updates on project status and milestones. Ensure that all construction materials, equipment, and tools are properly maintained and used in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and safety protocols. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, work orders, change orders, and safety records. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Education Requirements: Basic: High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred: Associate's degree or technical certification in construction management, engineering, or a related field. Preferred: Relevant experience in construction supervision or project management. Must be detail orientated, self-motivated with strong interpersonal and organizational skills. A valid driver's license is required or the ability to obtain one. Office Location: Fargo, ND The Senior Survey Crew Chief will primarily lead survey crews in the field by providing topographic, boundary and construction surveys on various civil engineering projects including highway and urban roadway projects. Ideally the Senior Survey Crew Chief will be capable of writing legal descriptions for boundary surveys, certify right of way and subdivision plats, perform title and deed searches, that are typical for satisfying professional land surveying and industry standards.  This position will report to the Transportation Group Leader.            Essential Tasks and Duties: Provide land surveying services including plane and/or geodetic surveys for construction, topographic, right-of-way, and control survey projects. Gathers field survey data through the use of conventional surveying and GPS methods. Researches existing record information, including record maps, plans, deeds, easements and right of way documents. Prepares and reviews legal descriptions associated with right of way documents, subdivision plats, and records of survey. Prepares accurate field notes, drawings and records change in conditions while in the field. Delegates survey tasks to other survey crew chiefs or survey technicians under his/her direct supervision. Learn and follow surveying methods and standards as required by state and public agencies. Participates in pre-survey planning meetings with project managers and engineers on a consistent basis by providing updates and progress during all phases of projects. This position may lead to a more prominent role as a Project Manager and Client Manager which will include becoming responsible for project budgets, fee estimates and financial performance. This position will require the initiative to think independently and make rational judgment calls. At discretion of charge nurse, count narcotics, give all routine prescribed narcotics, and document same on individual sheet and medication sheet. Apply specifically ordered ophthalmic, optic, and nasal medication. Regarding PRN orders, document in nurses’ notes symptoms indicated for the need of the medication and the time that symptoms occurred. The licensed nurse shall initially document on the appropriate medication record from which medications are administered the authorization for the medication aide to crush the medication. LIMITATIONS OF THE POSITION: It is of utmost importance that the medication nursing assistant be aware of the limitations of the position, which include, but are not limited to, the following: May not administer medications by the injection route, including hypodermoclysis, intradermal, intramuscular, intravenous, and subcutaneous. May not administer medications used for intermittent positive-pressure breathing (IPPB) treatments or other methods involving medicated inhalation treatments. Job Summary: 

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Pusher to oversee and lead one team on our construction projects. The pusher will lead a team of construction workers to ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and technical expertise to manage all aspects of construction operations effectively. 

Supervisory Responsibilities: 

The Construction pusher will work side by side with a team of construction workers, subcontractors, and support staff while being the main lead on that site. Responsibilities include assigning tasks, providing guidance and training, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. The Construction Pusher will also collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to coordinate project activities and address any issues or concerns. 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Plan and coordinate construction activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and task assignments. 

  • Supervise and direct construction workers, subcontractors, and support staff to ensure that work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to specifications. 

  • Monitor project progress and performance metrics, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies as needed to keep projects on track. 

  • Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards. 

  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to address project requirements, resolve issues, and provide regular updates on project status and milestones.
