SUMMARY The Shift Supervisor position will oversee Operations Technicians within their area. This position will adhere to all Ranger Energy policies and procedures and operate within its budget set forth annually by the Ranger. This position will be in Permian Basin and is a key component in ensuring that assets are properly maintained. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Direct supervision over Operations technicians. Supervise day-to-day maintenance tasks to meet required production rates and monitor data to minimize problems and downtime. Administer performance reviews for direct employees. Effectively plan and coordinate all maintenance-related projects and ensure they are completed on time and within the agreed budget. Develop and administer training courses to ensure personnel qualifications are maintained to comply with all regulatory requirements. Maintain a working knowledge of company policies, procedures, environmental regulatory and permit requirements and other applicable regulations and standards. Respond to EHS incidents through prompt and thorough reporting, incident investigation, root cause identification and follow-up action item implementation.
