Job Summary: The Pole Barn Construction Laborer assists in building post-frame (pole barn) structures by performing various on-site construction tasks under the direction of crew leaders and foremen. This role requires strength, stamina, and attention to detail, with regular work involving outdoor conditions year-round, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working safely at heights up to 30+ feet.
