Key Duties and Responsibilities Travel - This position is geographically located in Burnsville, MN, but will most commonly spend 1-3 years in project area. Strong interpersonal skills to interface with owner representatives, engineering firms, subcontractors, other team members and senior management. Proficiency in use of computer software applications including, MS Office, HCSS or similar estimating programs, Agtek or similar earthwork programs, Bluebeam, Microsoft Word and Excel. Knowledgeable in Primavera. Strong communication skills both written and oral. Good attention to detail with the ability to recognize. Time Management, multitasking, and prioritization. Must have a valid Driver's License. Working Conditions Construction Site Environment - physical ability to stand, walk, crawl, bend, reach and climb. Exposed to high noise levels. Office Environment - extensive sitting at desk and computer; some standing, bending at the waist, stooping and reaching required; ability to lift 5-20 pounds occasionally.
