This position will be located in: Williston, ND Job Summary The Returns Associate processes customer returns and oversees damaged and defective inventory returns. they also help support the day-to-day operations of the branch in providing customer service. Researches and resolves discrepancies in quantity and pricing on non-stock items. Responsibilities Essential Functions Processes customer returns, oversees damage and defective inventory returns. Processes return purchase order credits from vendors (RMPOs). Researches and resolves discrepancies in quantity and pricing on non-stock items. Oversees waranty and repair issues. Informs proper departments of inventory discrepancies and other inventory problems or concerns. Enerbase is a locally owned cooperative that supplies its patrons with goods and services. We are currently seeking a full-time Overnight Cashier to join our team at Enerbase. In this role, you will be a key player in providing exceptional customer service during night hours at our convenience store. Your responsibilities will include handling customer transactions, answering inquiries, and ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for all customers. You will also maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, restock shelves, and assist in managing inventory. Additionally, you will promote our cooperative's products and services during the overnight shift.
