The candidate will assist in the undergraduate biomechanics program, serving the students, athletes, coaches, community, other organizations, and events. This is a 20-hour-per-week position.

Candidates will be invited to demonstrate a willingness to support the Christian, Catholic, Benedictine mission of the University of Mary.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities Include:

    Support course instructors by assisting with labs, grading, and classroom activitiesFacilitate small group sessions to foster student learning and engagementCollaborate with coaches and staff to support motion capture projectsEnsure classrooms and lab environments are maintained in a safe, clean, and orderly conditionOversee and manage open hours for the Biomechanics laboratoryProvide instruction and guidance to students on the proper use of the Biomechanics lab equipment Act as an ambassador for the University of Mary and the Biomechanics, Athletic Training, and Kinesiology programs by participating in outreach events such as open houses and high school visits
  • Attend all required departmental meetings and training
