The West Fargo Park District is seeking enthusiastic and experienced Skating Instructors for both hockey and figure skating to teach youth ages 3 to Adult. If you have a passion for ice skating and enjoy working with children and adults, this is a fantastic opportunity to help others develop their skating skills in a fun and supportive environment. Position Overview As a Skating Instructor, you will lead and assist classes for youth and adult participants. This includes supervising participants on the ice, demonstrating skating skills, assisting with planning lessons, and evaluating participants' skills. Instructors will ensure a safe and enjoyable environment that fosters learning and promotes the sport of skating. The WFPD follows the Learn to Skate USA program, and instructors will need to complete the certification online once hired (WFPD will cover the certification cost).
