Job Title: CPL Field Specialist

Location: Minot, ND.

Employment Type: Contract

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CPL Field Specialist to join our client's team in the light industrial/manufacturing sector. In this role, you will contribute to maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable PSD to customers, identifying opportunities to improve service delivery, and managing risk during service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
• Responsible for service delivery execution.
• Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
• Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.
• Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the CAT, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.
• Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans.
• Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.
• Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.
• Maintain the required safety training.
• Deliver equipment to job sites.
• Train wireline personnel and customers on equipment usage.
• Conduct daily check-ins with customers.
• Ensure job success and gather signed field tickets for invoicing.
• Assist shop personnel with job preparation.

Requirements

• Must be able to obtain BATFE L4 clearance.
• 0 - 3 years of experience preferred; wireline experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Top Skills: Communication, Computer proficiency, Mechanical aptitude.

Preferred Qualifications (if any)

• Forklift certification is a plus but will be recertified.
• Overtime expected.
• PPE provided (except steel-toe boots, which are preferred to bring).
