This role allows you to be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling financial transactions, and ensuring accuracy and security of all transactions. • Assisting members by completing withdrawals, deposits, transfers, loan payments/advances, cashier s checks, and money orders in accordance with federal banking regulations.
• Handling members transactions and cash services by phone, in-person, and drive through.
• Resolving account problems and cross selling helpful products and services.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records.
• Promote a positive customer service experience and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Being incompliant with bank operating policies and procedures and maintaining strict customer confidentiality.

Characteristics of a Successful Candidate:

• HS Diploma or its equivalent;college degree preferred
• Strong computer skills;adept with Microsoft Office suite
• Outstanding customer service and cash handling experience is a plus
• Keen attention to detail with superior organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple task
