Job Description
Office Location: Fargo, NDPosition Description:Primary responsibilities include serving as the front desk coordinator and providing assistance to employees and project managers in the Fargo office and other locations. The position includes a wide variety of office administrative tasks such as document creation and editing, printing, copying, scanning, filing and organizational projects, answering calls, processing incoming and outgoing mail, and being involved in a variety of operational activities. Travel arrangements for staff and fleet management are key duties in this role.Qualification Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Associates Degree specializing in administrative assistant, business, or related field is preferred.
- 3-5 years of office experience with a professional services firm preferred. Previous experience working in an engineering, architecture, or construction firm considered a plus.
- Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Windows/Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Must be able to interact in a positive manner and work both independently and in team environments.
- Excellent customer service, oral, and written communication skills.
- Adaptable and comfortable with shifting priorities.
- Must be detail orientated, self-motivated with strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and have the ability to make sound decisions.
- A valid driver’s license is required or the ability to obtain one.
- Must be flexible and willing to pitch in as needed.
- Perform responsibilities in a conscientious, legal, and ethical manner with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to operate a computer under normal ergonomic office conditions.
- Ability to lift boxes and supplies up to 35 lbs.
- Required to work in the Fargo, ND office during scheduled hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

- General administrative duties using the Microsoft 365 Suite, printing, copying, scanning, filing, answering calls, processing incoming and outgoing mail, and other duties typical to operations and coordination activities of the front desk.
- Inventory and ordering supplies for Fargo and other offices that do not have dedicated admin staff.
- Arranging hotels, vehicles, and other travel needs for staff.
- Fleet management includes vehicle coordination and scheduling maintenance and repairs for the Fargo Office.
- Plan, coordinate, and host internal social and business events for the Fargo Office.
- Perform daily office opening and closing duties including office upkeep.
- Attend company and project meetings as requested.
- Understand and follow company employee handbook and mandated safety policies.
- Participate in training opportunities that will develop technical and interpersonal soft skills.
- May occasionally require overtime to meet project deadlines.
- Other duties as assigned.
