Registered Nurse (RN) – Minot, North Dakota
About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Minot, North Dakota. In this position, you will provide high-quality patient care, promote recovery, and support overall well-being. You will also play an important role in educating patients and families on preventive health and care practices.
Our ideal candidate is compassionate, responsible, and able to deliver excellent care with minimal supervision while following health and safety standards consistently.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor patient conditions and assess their needs to provide effective care and advice
- Observe, interpret, and communicate symptoms to physicians and healthcare teams
- Collaborate with physicians and nurses to develop individualized care plans
- Perform routine nursing procedures (vital signs, injections, charting, etc.)
- Administer and adjust medications and treatments per physician’s orders
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards, including equipment sanitation and patient area preparation
- Provide urgent medical care in emergency situations
- Supervise and train LPNs and nursing assistants
Requirements
- Valid U.S. Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Registered Nurse
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety protocols (sanitation, infection control, decontamination)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative team approach
- Compassionate, responsible, and committed to patient-centered care
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
