Talkiatry is seeking experienced licensed Therapists, including social workers, counselors, and marriage and family therapists (LCSWs, LMFTs, LMHCs, LPCs, LCPCs, LPCCs) to join our team of providers. You will: Provide the best, high-quality psychotherapy and coordinated care for your patients. Collaborate with our dynamic team of Providers including psychiatrists and nurse practitioners to diagnose, manage and treat our patients, employing a wide variety of interventions and modalities. Work independently and collaborate with a team of behavioral health providers and support staff. Utilize our custom technology, including an integrated EMR, to support providers with patient messaging, track patient progress, and gain insights into outcomes You have: Demonstrated experience caring for diverse mix of patients receiving mental health treatment for anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions. Excellent clinical knowledge, communication and organizational skills. Ensure patient needs are met by listening, communicating clearly, addressing concerns, coordinating care, and taking accountability for outcomes Engage in continuous improvement by seeking feedback, participating in professional development, and implementing evidence-based practices to enhance the quality of care. Practice to the highest ethical standards in your discipline A commitment to high-quality, accessible, cost-effective health care. Two or more independent and active state licenses. Your Qualifications: Therapists employed by Talkiatry must already have at least two active and independent licenses to practice in the state(s) where they intend to work. Practice supervision and supervision toward independent licensure is not provided. Technical proficiency with the ability to learn new or streamlined EMR tools.
