The Licensed Therapist will be responsible for evidence based treatment delivery, quality documentation, and ongoing assessment of patients' and families' needs. The Licensed Therapist role involves emotionally rewarding but inherently difficult work. Maintain a caseload of 30-40; with the expectation being 20-26 hours of direct care and remaining time dedicated to administrative tasks. Participate in initial and ongoing trainings. Assess and diagnose mental health conditions. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team of physicians, dietitians, patient mentors, and family mentors, along with outside providers. Utilize between-session messaging to support patients and communicate with the treatment team through Equip's EMR in accordance with Equip's policies and procedures. Engage and collaborate in Treatment Team meetings, supervision, and department meetings. Maintain licensure in home state and obtain licensure in other states as requested by Equip (licensure costs will be covered by Equip). Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Must Haves Active, unrestricted, and independent license to practice psychotherapy from at least one US state in this posting's time zone. A. Duie Pyle is seeking an experienced, motivated full-time Local Class A P&D Truck Driver in Williston, VT. This position pays $34.85 per hour. You will be driving a day cab tractor pulling either a 32', 40', 45', 48' or 53' trailer to various customer locations.

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:

  • Completing pick up and deliveries to various location(s)
  • Performing lift gate deliveries, including unloading and loading at stops as needed
  • Insuring the security and safety of the tractor and freight; adhering to all FMCSA safety regulations and guidelines
  • Building relationships through excellent communication with customers
  • Completing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections

To be qualified for this position, you must possess the following:

  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License
  • You have 90 days to get tanker endorsement
  • Minimum 1 year of recent tractor trailer experience
  • Currently hold, or obtain, a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older
  • No more than three moving violations and or accidents within the last three years, subject to review
  • Ability to communicate effectively; must be able to read, write and speak English
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain TSA security clearance
