Responsibilities: Monitors guests' needs on a continual basis, ensuring all requests are promptly filled. Performs as a team with other servers to provide Rocking guest service. Performs all necessary side work. Polishing and rolling silverware, restocking items such as condiment's, filling salt and pepper shakers, cutting lemons, etc. Performs as a team with other rockers to produce a smoothly run function. Performs bus person duties to clear tables when guests have completed their meals. Assists with opening and closing the functions according to prescribed specifications. Performs all necessary tasks to service guests, such as taking and filling all food and drink orders whenever necessary and maintaining the venue in a clean and neat manner. Role:

Provides efficient, courteous service to guests.

Responsibilities:

Monitors guests' needs on a continual basis, ensuring all requests are promptly filled. Performs as a team with other servers to provide Rocking guest service.

Performs all necessary side work. Polishing and rolling silverware, restocking items such as condiment's, filling salt and pepper shakers, cutting lemons, etc.

Performs as a team with other rockers to produce a smoothly run function.

Performs bus person duties to clear tables when guests have completed their meals.

Assists with opening and closing the functions according to prescribed specifications.

Performs all necessary tasks to service guests, such as taking and filling all food and drink orders whenever necessary and maintaining the venue in a clean and neat manner.

Maintains all proper sanitation practices.

Maintains knowledge of property information, including memorabilia.

Knows hours of operation and prices of daily buffets and current promotions.

Knows food products, food promotions, and food available on buffet stations.
