Familiarity with special processes (e.g., heat treating, welding, plating, NDT). Excellent problem-solving skills and experience with 8D, Fishbone, 5 Whys, or similar root cause analysis tools. Position Overview:

We're hiring Class A CDL drivers for a nationwide Over-the-Road position with consistent freight, flexible miles, and reliable support. This role offers no-touch freight, home time every other weekend, and the opportunity to earn more by becoming a driver trainer. Whether you're running solo or training, you'll have dependable pay, quality equipment, and 24/7 support from dispatch.


Position Highlights

  • Pay: $0.54–$0.60 CPM (based on experience)
  • Average Miles: 2,000 per week

  • Top Performers: 2,300–3,000+ miles weekly

  • Freight Area: All 48 states, mostly east of I-35

  • No Forced dispatch to NYC and the 5 boroughs 

  • Home Time: 12 days out / home every other weekend

  • Freight: 100% no-touch, dry van
