Leadership Training Program Coach- Hohenfels, Germany- PTOC Position CONTINGENT UPON ROTATIONAL DEPLOYMENT* JOB DESCRIPTION V2X is seeking Skilled Leadership-Training-Program (LTP) Coaches/Mentors (Brigade and Battalion levels) to work under the direction of the Senior Coach. Responsibilities include coaching, teaching and mentoring Brigade staff, Battalion commanders, Battalion staff, and relevant enablers across the Warfighting Functions through the Military-Decision-Making-Process (MDMP) and using appropriate doctrine. REQUIRED SKILLS: Understand and be proficient in Army current doctrine. Proven ability to coach/teach/mentor Brigade and Battalion staff members through the MDMP. Past tactical experience at the BDE and BN level having successfully served in the position you will coach. Current in Army Doctrine for Large Scale Combat Operations (LSCO). Working knowledge of current NATO doctrine for Brigade and Battalion operations. Capable of conducting After Action Reviews (AAR) for BDE staff elements, BN CDR and staff and other enablers as required. Possess complete knowledge of MDMP, able to instruct each step, and provide over the shoulder coaching with current and relevant TTP's. Familiarity with current warfighting technology to enable and facilitate coaching at the BDE and BN level. Knowledgeable on Army and Joint Doctrine to include regulations, policy changes, terms, tactics, techniques and procedures used in DATE operations. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Possess a U.S. Passport. Able to travel overseas on relative short notice for a period of 2-3 weeks. Able to work non-standard schedules based on mission requirements that include extended hours and/or weekends. Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (WORD, EXCEL, and PowerPoint). Able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience at a CTC as an Observer Coach/Trainer (OC/T). Former BDE and/or BN commander. Combat experience Extensive experience at the BN and BDE level. JOB DESCRIPTION

V2X is seeking Skilled Leadership-Training-Program (LTP) Coaches/Mentors (Brigade and Battalion levels) to work under the direction of the Senior Coach. Responsibilities include coaching, teaching and mentoring Brigade staff, Battalion commanders, Battalion staff, and relevant enablers across the Warfighting Functions through the Military-Decision-Making-Process (MDMP) and using appropriate doctrine.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Understand and be proficient in Army current doctrine.
  • Proven ability to coach/teach/mentor Brigade and Battalion staff members through the MDMP.
  • Past tactical experience at the BDE and BN level having successfully served in the position you will coach.
  • Current in Army Doctrine for Large Scale Combat Operations (LSCO).
  • Working knowledge of current NATO doctrine for Brigade and Battalion operations.
  • Capable of conducting After Action Reviews (AAR) for BDE staff elements, BN CDR and staff and other enablers as required.
  • Possess complete knowledge of MDMP, able to instruct each step, and provide over the shoulder coaching with current and relevant TTP's.
  • Familiarity with current warfighting technology to enable and facilitate coaching at the BDE and BN level.
  • Knowledgeable on Army and Joint Doctrine to include regulations, policy changes, terms, tactics, techniques and procedures used in DATE operations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Possess a U.S. Passport.
  • Able to travel overseas on relative short notice for a period of 2-3 weeks.
  • Able to work non-standard schedules based on mission requirements that include extended hours and/or weekends.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (WORD, EXCEL, and PowerPoint).
  • Able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience at a CTC as an Observer Coach/Trainer (OC/T).
  • Former BDE and/or BN commander.
  • Combat experience
  • Extensive experience at the BN and BDE level.

This position requires eligibility to obtain any required Export Authorization.
