Our environmental services (EVS) division, that includes EVS Attendants, Cleaners, Janitors, Custodians, and Porters, provide contract-based janitorial services in hospitality and public areas of commercial spaces. This commercial cleaning job earns $10.00 and up/hour for Grave Shift, depending on experience. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FULL-TIME OR PART-TIME EVS ATTENDANTS / CLEANERS /JANITORS / CUSTODIANS / PORTERS

As EVS Attendants, Cleaners, Janitors, Custodians, and Porters, you are at the core of who we are as a company. You arrive for your shift, whether full-time or part-time, ready to get to work. You enjoy "getting in the zone" and working efficiently but are also friendly and service-oriented in all your interactions with guests and staff. Whether it's dusting, vacuuming, mopping, pulling the trash, disinfecting surfaces, or replenishing supplies, you get great satisfaction out of checking each task off and being able to physically see what you've accomplished. Responsible for ensuring that your assigned restrooms and areas are always in compliance with our standards, you also conduct regular walkarounds. You report maintenance repair problems to your supervisor and make sure that all lost and found items are turned in and logged on a daily basis. We have a reputation for quality work, and this is partly thanks to the great job that you do!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR FULL-TIME OR PART-TIME EVS ATTENDANTS / CLEANERS /JANITORS / CUSTODIANS / PORTERS

• 21 years old or older
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs and perform general janitorial tasks including bending, kneeling, reaching, and being on your feet for an entire shift

• Customer service skills

Previous commercial cleaning or hospitality experience would be a plus! Are you fast, efficient, self-motivated, and eager to do a good job? Do you have a positive, can-do attitude? Are you the kind of person who prefers to be on your feet moving around? Are you honest and respectful of people's privacy and property? FULL-TIME OR PART-TIME WORK SCHEDULE

There are both full-time and part-time shifts available for the positions of EVS Attendant, Cleaner ,Janitor , Custodian, or Porter.
